SKCalalas sign CVD F/A

The new South American team has found a new home after an impressive first Monthly Final.

SKCalalas have announced the signing of CVD F/A after reaching an agreement with the players CaueBR, VTzim, Doritos, and analyst Acee. The lineup showed good results on the last Monthly Final, making it to the Grand Finals, and will be SKC's first roster after parting ways with Exic, Lukitas, Prozy and AlchemicalX at the end of 2023.

This roster has been together since the beginning of the year, peaking at the top 2 in South America last month. The team demonstrated good synergy, decision-making, and aggressive playstyle, taking Fofoletes F/A out, once in the Monthly Finals semifinals and once in CBBS.

The highlight, so far, has been Doritos, MVP of their semifinal win. The Brazilian player showed aggression and great mechanics, and his team synergy has been paying off, as the team can quickly adapt to each draft and overcome expectations.

VTzim has the most experience on the roster when it comes to success, with the 22-year-old winning 8 Monthly Finals in legendary South American rosters such as QLASH (and AC Milan QLASH) and Aphelion eSports.

CaueBR has been around for a while, always in the top 4 Brazilian teams, but now is his chance to gain some real glory. Last year, he played with Doritos in Renegados F/A, and the roster reached every Monthly Final, finishing 3rd in the overall leaderboard.

The analyst Acee has also been essential to their success, bringing crucial data to help the team outdraft the competition. Acee works for two other teams, the World Finals' runner-up STMN and FUT Esports in EMEA.

SKCalalas will be looking to surpass last year's roster's achievements, who reached the top 2 in South America West once and almost failed to qualify for the Last Chance Qualifier before they replaced the second Chinese seed who couldn't attend the tournament. Unfortunately, however, they weren't able to get further than the group stages with a tough group of Natus Vincere, REJECT, and Marcos Gaming.

Keep an eye on SKC, as this new team can continue to upset big names continentally and internationally in the Last Chance Qualifier and the later stages of the Brawl Stars Championship.
