Revenant's pack changes

Revenant Esports currently lie outside the LCQ spots, behind Angelic, coco loco, and Rival Esports, which is not a place they would've liked to be in at the start of the season. So, they have made a change, bringing in TERI in place of the experienced Menmi.

So far in 2024, Revenant Esports have made 2/3 of the Monthly Finals, falling in the semifinals of both. However, in the most recent iteration, they failed to make the last round of the Lower Bracket, let alone qualify. It was clear changes needed to be made. Menmi has been a staple of Japanese Brawl Esports for years now, since he made the World Finals with Queen Nai in 2021. However, things have not clicked the way they usually do this year, and they decided to let him go.

Revenant are taking a gamble with their new addition: the relatively inexperienced Korean, TERI. Everyone in the scene has been aware of how good he is with his favourite brawlers, most notably Fang, but this year, he stepped it up a notch in the competitive scene, having qualified for all 3 Monthly Finals (the first two with Team S1, and the second with Why we lose) albeit losing in the earliest stage in all 3 months. Now, he has a lot to prove as he finds himself with one of the highest-profile teams not only in APAC but in the world.

Will this risky transfer decision pay off for Revenant, or will they miss out on the international spots? Although they are the closest of the teams outside the top 4, they face tough competition with the likes of Natus Vincere and 3R Gaming close behind.
